Hong Kong issued its highest storm warning 'T10' on Sunday as Typhoon Wipha approached, packing winds of over 167 kilometres/hour, bringing heavy rain and wind across the territory and forcing cancellation of over 200 flights, Reuters reported. Wipha has reportedly resulted in two reported injuries, and 72 reports of uprooted trees, while 221 people have sought refuge in government shelters.
