Infosys CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka said the company rolled out the last pay hikes to its employees in November and has not yet decided on further salary increments for employees. "We will decide as the year progresses," he said. "We've significantly changed our hiring model in the last few years so we no more hire all freshers from campuses," he added.
