Home Minister Amit Shah said that 42 fugitives have been extradited to India in the last two years. These include 2008 Mumbai terror attack-accused Tahawwur Hussain Rana and Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder-accused Sachin Bishnoi. Shah described extradition as "very complex" and added that the government is working to bring back other fugitives, including Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya.
