Pakistan's Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal said Pakistan couldn't benefit from "game changer" China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, saying, "We dropped the catch." "China stood by Pakistan in difficult times...but political elements tried to scandalise their investment and forced them to leave," Iqbal added. He blamed previous Imran Khan-led PTI government for "scaring off" the investors.
