The accused in the IIM Calcutta rape case was granted bail by West Bengal's Alipore Court on Saturday, on the condition of submitting a bail bond of ₹50,000. The court noted that the complainant in the case is "unreachable" and has not cooperated with the investigation. The accused was arrested after he allegedly raped another college student on July 11.
