Dr Shaheen Shahid is among several doctors arrested from Faridabad in a terror module case before Delhi blast. She was allegedly tasked by terrorist Masood Azhar’s sister to set up Jaish-e-Mohammed’s women’s wing in India. Lucknow-resident, Shaheen, became an assistant professor at a Kanpur college in 2006 after being selected through UPPSC. She reportedly vanished from college in 2013.
