The three Delhi blast terror suspects were in touch with two foreign handlers, NDTV reported. The handlers behind terror suspects were code-named Dr Okasa and Dr Hashim alias Arif Nisar, report stated. The agencies believe that Nisar was the Pakistani handler of the terror suspects, while Okasa was the Turkish handler. As many as 13 people were killed in blast.
