Terror-accused doctors Muzammil and Umar, allegedly linked to Delhi car blast, travelled to Turkey after receiving instructions via Telegram, reports said on Wednesday. A suspected Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) handler reportedly hosted the two in Turkey. The terror module expanded its activities across India after this trip, reports added.
