Pakistani journalist Taha Siddiqui has said that the Pakistan's Army is behind the car blasts in Delhi and Islamabad. "Both cities struck by suicide bombers that Pakistan Army calls its assets. There can be no peace in South Asia until Pakistani Generals are stopped from using Islamist terrorism as a domestic & foreign policy tool," Siddiqui wrote in a post.
