Despite pressure from US to stop buying Russian oil, India's top refiner Indian Oil Corporation has resumed purchasing Russian oil but from non-sanctioned entities, reported Reuters. IOC has bought five Russian crude oil cargoes for December arrival after US recently sanctioned two largest Russian oil firms. The refiner had cancelled 7-8 cargoes of Russian oil after latest sanctions.
