PM Narendra Modi joined celebrations at BJP headquarters in Delhi on Monday after the BJP-led NDA crossed the majority mark to form the government in Bihar. Upon arrival, PM Modi raised a traditional gamcha, a symbol of Bihar’s cultural identity, and kept swinging it in the air, greeting party workers. He said NDA's win is a victory of good governance.
