The crew of the Russian shadow fleet, Virat, made a distress call to report an attack in the Black Sea. "This is VIRAT. Help needed! Drone attack! Mayday!," the crew could be heard saying. The attack was carried out by Ukraine, with one of Ukraine's security services (SBU) officials saying, "This will deal a significant blow to Russian oil transportation."
