The Delhi car blast accused conducted a recce before bombing near the Red Fort, NDTV reported. The car that exploded on Monday was first seen at Connaught Place and Mayur Vihar hours before the suspected suicide bomber, Umar, parked the vehicle in the Sunehri Masjid parking lot in Chandni Chowk, Delhi Police sources said. Umar's family members have been arrested.
