Bihar's incumbent CM Nitish Kumar could become CM for the tenth time if the NDA zeroes in on his name for the post. Nitish first became Bihar CM in 2000 and joined hands with the RJD twice. Trends showed that NDA, which includes Nitish's JD(U), BJP, LJP (RV), would form a government in Bihar.
