Penpa Tsering, the President of the self-declared Tibetan government-in-exile, has commented on China's interference in Tibet. "We don't have Lord Hanuman to lift Tibet...and put it somewhere in the Pacific or the Atlantic near the United States. So whenever we get to go back, we have to live in peace with our neighbours," Tsering said.
