Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) repaired a broken finger of Lord Rama's idol, an official said. The finger suffered a minor fracture in 2021 during a fair, following which temple officials covered it with a golden shield. The idol was discovered on top of a hill and is believed to be over 1,000 years old, PTI reported quoting a TTD source.
