LocalCircles survey found that 74% of urban households consume traditional Indian sweets three or more times a month while 5% of households consume them daily. This is a jump of 40% in last 18 months. The survey found 79% urban Indian households consume cakes, biscuits, icecreams, and chocolates three or more times a month while 11% consume them every day.
