The Mumbai Police are talking to Rohit Arya, the man who held 17 children hostage in Powai on Thursday, and trying to find out if he is mentally unstable. Rohit, in a video, had said he wanted to speak to few people and he will harm himself and children if he is not allowed to speak to them.
