A CCTV video has surfaced showing men pouring a flammable liquid on one of their neighbours' car and setting it on fire over a parking dispute in Delhi's Lajpat Nagar. The main accused, Rahul Bhasin, had earlier also damaged side mirrors of his neighbour Ranjeet Chauhan's car over some argument. Police arrested the accused 600 km away in UP's Amethi.
