A video went viral on social media in which a 16-year-old boy was allegedly stripped naked and brutally beaten over old enmity in Bhopal. The accused thrashed him with belts and also shot the entire incident on the video. Police said it was a case of old rivalry and the accused assaulted him to take revenge.
