A team of Manchester University scientists found that Aspergillus, a common group of fungi that can eat human beings from inside out, could spread to new regions as planet heats up. The study found that certain Aspergillus species will reach new parts of North America, Europe, China and Russia. The fungi can cause Aspergillosis, which has mortality rates at 20%-40%.
