For first time in 40 years, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will auction four properties in Mumbai, aiming to generate a minimum revenue of ₹120.53 crore, officials said. The auction, intended to boost revenue including property tax, includes land in Chunabhatti, South Mumbai, and Rajani Bungalow in Borivali. "We've issued public notices about auction," officials added.
