NCP(SP) chief Sharad Pawar spoke to Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis over the phone, expressing displeasure over BJP MLA Gopichand Padalkar's alleged derogatory remarks about NCP(SP) leader Jayant Patil's parents. Condemning the comments, Fadnavis said, "I spoke to him and asked him to exercise restraint." He added, "I told Pawar that I don't approve of such remarks either."
