Three days after a 25-year-old woman died by suicide, her husband was arrested for allegedly mentally and physically torturing her in Kerala's Malappuram. Family members of the victim, Vishnuja, alleged that her husband Prabhin insulted her looks and harassed her over her lack of job. They also alleged that Prabhin's family backed his harassment of Vishnuja.
