Russia on Tuesday claimed that Ukraine for the first time used US-made long-range missiles to target a facility in Bryansk. The strike came after US President Joe Biden authorised Ukraine to strike Russia using US-made weapons. Notably, Russia updated a doctrine whereby it said it could consider using nuclear weapons if subjected to missile assault supported by a nuclear power.
