Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor has been sent to judicial custody after he refused to pay the bail bond. This comes after he was arrested by police in early hours of Monday amid his fast unto death at Gandhi Maidan demanding cancellation of Bihar Public Service Commission exam. The police deemed his protest illegal as it happened in "restricted area".
