Reacting to rumours of Virat Kohli taking over RCB captaincy in IPL 2025, ex-India cricketer Mohammad Kaif said Kohli must have been inspired after winning 2024 T20 World Cup with Rohit Sharma. "If he wants to lead RCB, no one can stop him from doing so," Kaif stated. Kohli had earlier led RCB from 2013 to 2021.
