CBI has listed 11 pieces of evidence in its chargesheet to hold arrested Sanjay Roy as the "sole accused" in the doctor's rape-murder. Roy's saliva was found on the victim's body and his DNA under her nail. A short hair belonging to Roy was found at the crime scene. The victim's blood stains were found on Roy's jeans and footwear.
