Flipkart is set to offload its entire 6% stake in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Ltd (ABLBL) through a block deal worth ₹950 crore, reported CNBC Aawaz citing sources. The sale will involve 7.3 crore shares at a base price of ₹130 per share. ABLBL operates under the umbrella of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL).
