Actress Sonakshi Sinha has sold her apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West for ₹22.5 crore, according to Square Yards. The integrated real estate marketplace stated that Sonakshi had bought the property in 2020 for ₹14 crore and its value rose by over 60%. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.35 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, it added.
