Consistently waking up late can lower an important nutrient called vitamin D in the body, experts warn. "Waking up too late to see sun in morning means missing...optimal balance of UVB rays needed for vitamin D synthesis," said Dr Pradeep Narayan Sahoo. Low vitamin D can cause fatigue, low immunity brain fog, dry skin, and brittle hair, Sahoo added.
