Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis blamed Pakistan for Red Fort blast, claiming it aimed to detonate bombs across India. "Pakistan knows it cannot defeat India in a direct fight. Therefore, it tries to wage a proxy war...with Delhi explosion...it attempts to assert its presence once again," he said. The Centre, however, hasn't officially confirmed or denied Pakistan's role in the attack.
