The Indian Coast Guard rescued 31 fishermen stranded for 11 days in the Arabian Sea on Saturday after their fishing boat, IFB Sant Anton-I, suffered a steering failure. The vessel, based in Goa, was located 100 nautical miles off New Mangalore. Using aircraft and patrol ships, the Coast Guard safely towed the crew to Honnavar harbour.
