Karnataka multiplex owners and producers moved High Court against state's decision to cap maximum price chargeable for cinema tickets at ₹200, reported Bar and Bench. The judge is set to pronounce orders on question of interim relief on September 23. The plea contended that capping ticket prices for all theatres is unreasonable as multiplexes bear more costs than single-screen theatres.
