Supreme Court has ordered that every educational institution, hospital, public sports complex, bus stand and depot, railway station, etc. must be fenced properly to prevent entry of stray dogs. It directed they should be relocated to dog shelters. SC said stray dogs picked up from the areas must not be released in the area from which they were picked up.
