Shaheen Saeed, a doctor from Al-Falah University arrested in the Delhi blast case, allegedly created multiple “terror doctor” teams, as per reports. She formed groups of five doctors, appointed a team leader, and communicated only with them to avoid suspicion. Investigators are now probing how many such teams she set up and how many members were recruited.
