Uday Bhatia developed inverter bulb after 24 prototypes that provides 8-10 hours of light for just ₹250. He decided to work on the inverter bulb after seeing power cuts in rural India. The bulb charges when power is on and starts to work after power cut. Over 15,000 families in five states have benefited from the bulb.
