Byculla Police booked Amit Shankar Surve and 11 others for ₹44 lakh loan fraud using forged documents. Senior Manager Santosh Shantaram Rane complained that Amit Surve and 11 loan applicants submitted forged documents to obtain loans. The fraudulent activity, involving fake employment at Technobit Power India Ltd, led to ₹44 lakh in approved loans.
