Rishabh Samrat, the friend of the BMW crash victim Navjot Singh, said the finance ministry official's son turned 22 years old on Tuesday. "Navjot had ordered a gift for him which came this morning itself," Rishabh said. The woman, who was driving the car that crashed in Delhi, was arrested. She was not drunk at the time, tests revealed.
