Google has racked up $2.5 decillion in fines from Russia, more than the global GDP, after years of refusing to restore YouTube accounts of pro-Russia and state-run outlets. Decillion is the number represented by 1 followed by 33 zeros. Daily penalties doubled each week as Google-owned YouTube blocked Russian outlets over their support of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
