Gold hit a fresh lifetime high on Tuesday ahead of the US Federal Reserve's policy meeting this week, in which it is expected to cut rates. As per MCX, gold futures with October expiry have hit ₹1,10,530 per 10 gram. "The outlook remains strong for gold in the short to medium term," a market analyst said.
