Amid criticism over the Karnataka government considering a 4% quota for Muslims in government contracts for civil works, Karnataka Congress' MLA Rizwan Arshad said that giving quota to Muslims is not a crime. "Muslims are also part of a society and we also need opportunities," Arshad added. CM Siddaramaiah said the government hasn't taken any decision in this regard.
