Amneet P Kumar, an IAS officer and wife of IPS officer Y Puran Kumar who died by suicide, has filed a police complaint seeking an FIR against Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Kapur and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarniya. Accusing them of abetting his suicide, Amneet alleged that the DGP and SP were conspiring to falsely implicate her husband in a fake case.
