Dutch Grandmaster Loek van Wely reacted to Russian Grandmaster Ian Nepomniachtchi's criticism of conditions at FIDE World Cup in Goa. "It was a loser talking. He really came (to Goa) in the wrong state of mind that he wasn't going to like India or Goa," he added. Van Wely noted that there were internet issues but they were resolved quickly.
