A two-year-old old boy, Dhuru Vishnu, was among the youngest victims of the deadly stampede at actor-politician Vijay's rally in Tamil Nadu's Karur that claimed 40 lives. A picture clicked before the tragedy shows the boy's head wrapped in the colours of Vijay's TVK party while he was at the rally with his parents.
