Nestlé CEO Laurent Freixe, who was ousted for having an undisclosed affair with a subordinate directly reporting to him, met the marketing executive in 2022, reports said. Freixe is reportedly married to Agata Balcerowska, an account director at global public relations firm Publicis. Swiss newspaper Blick reported that Freixe met the junior employee when Balcerowska also worked at Nestlé.
