Punjab Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Harcharan Singh Bhullar, who has been arrested by the CBI for allegedly demanding and accepting bribes, has denied all allegations against him. "Totally wrong allegations have been levelled against me," he said, adding that he is being framed. Bhullar, held for taking ₹8 lakh bribe, has been sent to 14 days of judicial custody.
