National Capital Region (NCR) saw the steepest housing price rise among India's top seven cities in Q3 of 2025, with a 24% year-on-year increase, according to report. It added that a 1,000-sq ft house now averages ₹90 lakh. Average prices in NCR stood at ₹8,900 per sq foot in the July-September period this year, compared to ₹7,200 a year earlier.
