The I.N.D.I.A. bloc on Tuesday alleged that "more than 5,000" residents of Uttar Pradesh have been registered as voters in the Bihar electoral rolls to benefit the ruling NDA alliance in upcoming state assembly polls. The Election Commission responded to the allegations, saying that the claims were made without any evidence and called it "an imaginary figure".
