The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has decided to introduce the use of screen reader software for visually impaired candidates in various examinations conducted by it. UPSC said that it'll start providing screen-reading software as soon as the proper infrastructure and software are available for it. The software will initially be made available at one venue per city, it added.
